Chikpea-LIMS is one of a few products created by Chikpea Inc., a java engineering company with an international team located in India, Israel, and the United States, specializing in sales and service management solutions. Chikpea-LIMS is the flagship product of Chikpea Inc.

Chikpea-LIMS is a unique combination of Sales and Service software combined with a LIMS solution making it a complete business environment. Many other solutions on the market were reviewed yet none approached Lab Management from the standpoint of a business with clients who call both front office and back office staff. Companies with sales goals along with the need to produce standardized attractive reports of analysis findings. A system that not only logs in samples but can invoice the client once the package has been completed.

We believe that inorder to present a consisitent message and unified face to the client, a company needs to connect production solutions with client details. Chikpea-LIMS allows the technician working on findings to have access to the contact list of the client with internal notes on how to approach the client correctly. Each communication from the marketing department is available to back office so they know how to assist a client who is taking advantage of a sales campaign.
